My stay at Dragon Hotel was quite pleasant. The friendly staff, especially Mr. Duc and Ms. Chiang, truly made a difference. The location in the Old Quarter was ideal for exploring local shops and restaurants. however, I did notice a slight crowd during breakfast hours.
